(A vetting committee will be formed to select participants. The selection process will be based on the works submitted by the applicants and the following criteria: the quality of work/portfolio, recognition through awards in categories such as animation, visual effects, digital games, and computer graphic products, as well as recommendations from employers.)
** Participation Fee: HK$1,000 per participant
(Full conference admission fees, air-ticket, hotel accommodation, and coach transportation will be included.)

** Remarks

  •  Students must be permanent residents of Hong Kong.
  • Delegates are required to attend the full conference, and the admission fees will cover this comprehensive access.
  • A round-trip economy-class air ticket (group ticket) will be arranged, subject to availability. 
  • Hotel accommodation will be provided in twin rooms, with two delegates sharing a room (same gender). The final confirmation of room availability will depend on the hotel's capacity.
  • A coach will be arranged for transportation between Sydney airport and the hotel.
  • It is mandatory for delegates to purchase their own travel insurance. The organizer will not provide this service. Please ensure that you have adequate coverage for the duration of the study mission.
